GameDev Freelance is our sister site - a specialised marketplace connecting game developers with talented freelancers who create custom assets, tools, and services. Unlike generic freelance platforms, GameDev Freelance is purpose-built exclusively for the game development industry.

While GameDev Market offers ready-made assets you can purchase and download immediately, GameDev Freelance fills the gap when you need something unique - custom work built specifically to your project's requirements.

How Does It Work?

For Buyers: Browse services by category (2D art, 3D modeling, audio, animation, programming, etc.), review freelancer portfolios and ratings, then either purchase a pre-defined service package or request a custom quote for your specific needs (coming soon after launch). Can't find what you need? No problem! You can also list your own game dev needs as a Project Request and let the creators come to you.

For Sellers: Create your freelancer profile, list your Services with clear deliverables and pricing, and start receiving orders. You can offer fixed-price packages or custom quotes based on project requirements (coming soon after launch). You can also browse the Project Requests section for buyers actively looking for projects to be fulfilled by creators, and bid on them.

All payments are processed securely through the platform. Funds are held via Stripe Connect and/or PayPal (PayPal Business account required for creators) and released to sellers after successful project completion, ensuring peace of mind for both parties.
