Excellent, even in first person
I'm using this in a toony-style VR sci-fi and these look good even close up, not just top down. The FBX also imports into blender with no problem, enabling me to use this in Godot.
Topped with the quality vs the price, this is a very good investment and I recommend it for others as well.
